This document governs access to and use of the website www.mugen.mx (the “Website”), operated by OGA OKA, doing business as (“d/b/a”) Interior Market, marketing products under the MUGEN brand (the “Owner”).

2. CONTRACTUAL ACCEPTANCE

Accessing, browsing, and using the Website, as well as making any purchase, constitutes the user’s express, voluntary, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between the user and the Owner.

3. PURPOSE

The Website is intended for the commercialization of physical goods, primarily sofas and furniture, through e-commerce within the territory of Mexico.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

The user agrees to use the Website lawfully and refrains from engaging in activities that:

  • Violate third-party rights

  • Disrupt the operation of the Website

  • Constitute fraud or misuse

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website in the event of non-compliance.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products offered may present minor variations resulting from their manufacturing process, materials, colors, or finishes.

6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly stated.

The Owner reserves the right to modify prices, products, and availability at any time without prior notice.

7. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

The Owner does not store or have access to banking or credit/debit card information.

An order is deemed confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

8. SHIPPING

Shipping is available exclusively within Mexico.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the Owner’s control.

The Owner shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party carriers.

9. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Once the product preparation or manufacturing process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted, except at the Owner’s sole discretion.

Returns and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and condition of the product.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, logistical delays, supplier disruptions, or force majeure events.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website is the exclusive property of the Owner and is protected under applicable law.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
