SHIPPING POLICY

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Shipping Policy governs the terms and conditions under which OGA OKA, doing business as (“d/b/a”) Interior Market and operating under the MUGEN brand, ships products purchased through the website www.mugen.mx (the “Website”).


2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Shipping services are available exclusively within the territory of the United Mexican States.

International shipping is not currently offered.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the nature of the item.

For made-to-order products, preparation times may be longer and will be communicated to the customer on an estimated basis.


4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond MUGEN’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Destination location

  • Route availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier operations

MUGEN does not guarantee specific delivery dates.


5. CARRIERS

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit times rests with such carrier.


6. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be disclosed to the customer prior to checkout or specified in the corresponding quotation.

7. DELIVERY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

In the event of absence at the delivery location or errors in the provided address, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

Delivery shall be deemed completed once the product has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.


8. PRODUCT INSPECTION

Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

If visible damage to the packaging or product is detected, the customer must:

MUGEN shall not be liable for:

  • Delays attributable to the carrier

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond its reasonable control

However, MUGEN will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues where possible.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

MUGEN shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or third-party logistical failures.


11. MODIFICATIONS

MUGEN reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website.
